Celebrity Lindsay Lohan With Updos Hairstyle

Lindsay Lohan was charged on Wednesday with one count of felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney.

The felony complaint says that Lohan "did unlawfully take money and personal property."

 

 Lohan, whose bail has been set at $20,000, will be arraigned at a Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday afternoon. If convicted, she could face up to three years in prison.

Whilst happy to pose and smile for photographers on her way into the eatery, Lindsay appeared to have called for a police escort to help her leave the premises, with a lone officer guiding her to her vehicle.
